Cecilia

Cecilia grew up on a sailing boat with her family, traveling to remote places around the world, living from the nature and appreciating the small things in life. Since childhood she lived the ayurvedic and yogic life her mother transmitted and loved to accompany her in her daily practices. Already with the young age of 15 Cecilia went alone to India for a school exchange and to experience the Indian culture that fascinated her. While studying International Business at Maastricht University in the Netherlands she returned to India to get certified in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga. After completing her bachelor with an exchange semester in Santiago de Chile she moved to Brazil where she continued exploring her passion in teaching yoga and hosting ayurvedic cooking courses together with her mother Ingrid Reygers. At the same time, Cecilia started her online studies at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York to expand her knowledge in this field. Now mother and daughter are living together in Spain and developing new exciting projects together with the ALONGA team in the area of yoga, nutrition, health and well-being.

Ayurveda

Cecilia schloss das dreijährige Studium am American Institute of Vedic Studies zur ayurvedischen Lebensstilberaterin ab und gibt ihr Wissen durch ihr Einzelcoaching-Programm, ayurvedische Detox- und ayurvedische Kochkurse weiter.

Integrative Ernährung

Cecilia hat ihr Ernährungsstudium am Institut für Integrative Ernährung abgeschlossen und lässt ihr Wissen in die Entwicklung von Produkten für Alonga, in ayurvedische Ernährungskurse und in ihre Coaching-Programme einfließen.

Über die Schule

Yoga

Cecilia hat ihre 200-stündige Yogalehrerausbildung in Rishikesh, Indien, abgeschlossen und beginnt im Januar 2024 ein weiteres YTTC mit Sivananda in Indien.
