Ingrid

Ingrid grew up in Brazil in the 4th generation of German-Swedish immigrants. Even as a child, she felt a close connection to life in nature. Together with her German husband, she raised three daughters on a tropical island in São Paulo. A three-year sailing trip from Argentina to Spain taught the family a lot about nature-based lifestyles, sustainable health care and holistic healing methods. Nutrition and yoga strengthened Ingrid's consistently positive attitude to life.

After returning to a regular life on the southern German "mainland", she devoted herself to training in yoga and Ayurveda alongside the challenges of family life. Two three-month study stays in Indian ashrams earned Ingrid the title of "Master of Yoga", and she completed another two-year practical training in Brazil as a certified Ayurveda therapist.

With her in-depth knowledge of Ayur-Yoga, Ingrid has been giving regular yoga classes for over 10 years. In her “Cooking with the Senses” courses, she also teaches how to combine tasty dishes, the joy of cooking and conscious health care in an enjoyable way.
