After an informative introduction, in which we discover the properties and effects of bitter substances, a practical part follows. In the hands-on workshop, you have the opportunity to make your own bitter tincture. To do this, we use selected wild plants that are rich in bitter compounds, as well as high-quality basic ingredients. Step by step, you will learn how to reproduce this healthy tincture at home. At the end, you will not only take home your homemade creation, but also valuable knowledge about how bitters can support you in everyday life.
April 13: The Power of the Olive Leaf
The olive leaf - a true miracle of nature! On this day we will delve deep into the fascinating world of this Mediterranean treasure. Olive leaves have been known for centuries for their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and play an important role in traditional healing.
We begin with an introduction to the special active ingredients of the olive leaf, its history and possible uses. Then we get creative together: In the workshop, you will create your own personal Mediterranean tea blend, which is complemented by the power of the olive leaf. We combine olive leaves with various herbs and flowers to create an individual blend that is not only healthy, but also tastes great.
