Diese Mischung ist meine Lieblingsmischung. Ein Alleskönner , ich liebe sie aus der Gewürzmühle direkt auf eine Avocado mit ein bisschen Salz , sowie in herzhaften Speisen. Perfekt ist sie in Verbindung mit Vyosha Spice Mix.

Eigentlich war ich nie ein Freund von Matcha Tee - zu bitter und zu streng im Geschmack. Nun habe ich die neue Shakti Matcha Mischung probiert und ... wow. Diese Verbindung von zarter Boubon Vanille mit Süßholz und Tulsi verleiht dem sonst so intensiven Matcha Pulver eine wunderbar liebliche Note. Außerdem ist es für mich der perfekte Kaffee-Ersatz.

Im a chef of over 20 years and this is the first time I’ve tried a blend with Asafoetida or “hing” - It adds a mysterious richness and umami to a dish, like spinach and lentils fried in some coconut oil. I even roasted chicken with it and the flavor is like a new and improved garlic, but without the upset stomach later! I’ll be using this a lot and may have to order a bigger supply!
