Diese Verbindung von zarter Boubon Vanille mit Süßholz und Tulsi verleiht dem sonst so intensiven Matcha Pulver eine wunderbar liebliche Note. Außerdem ist es für mich der perfekte Kaffee-Ersatz.

Im a chef of over 20 years and this is the first time I’ve tried a blend with Asafoetida or “hing” - It adds a mysterious richness and umami to a dish, like spinach and lentils fried in some coconut oil. I even roasted chicken with it and the flavor is like a new and improved garlic, but without the upset stomach later! I’ll be using this a lot and may have to order a bigger supply!
