The unique thing about this aromatic spice mixture is the ground curry leaves, which together with spicy black pepper, spicy asafoetida and nutritious urad dal lentils make every dip a special taste experience.

The new spice on my shelf

Im a chef of over 20 years and this is the first time I've tried a blend with Asafoetida or “hing” - It adds a mysterious richness and umami to a dish, like spinach and lentils fried in some coconut oil. I even roasted chicken with it and the flavor is like a new and improved garlic, but without the upset stomach later! I'll be using this a lot and may have to order a bigger supply!

Grobe Gewürze

Fülle die grob gemahlenen Gewürze in eine saubere und trockene Mühle. Mahle sie frisch über dein Gericht und genieße! An einem trockenen Ort aufbewahren und vermeiden, sie über dampfenden Töpfen zu mahlen, damit keine Feuchtigkeit eindringt.
