Carrot-Apple Porridge
Porridge doesn't have to be boring – you just have to season it properly!
Ingredients:

½ tsp ghee
-
½ cup rolled oats
-
¼ cup grated carrot
-
¼ cup grated apple
-
½ tsp Madhura Spice Mix
-
¼ tsp cinnamon
-
3 dates, finely chopped
-
2 tbsp almonds, chopped
-
1 cup plant-based milk
-
¼ cup hot water
Preparation:

Lightly toast the oat flakes, carrots and apple in ghee.

Add all the remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes .

Add a little Madhura Spice Mix at the end, according to taste.
