Carrot-Apple Porridge

Carrot-Apple Porridge

Porridge doesn't have to be boring. You just have to spice it up a little!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp ghee
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 grated apple
  • 1/2 tsp Madhura Spice Mix
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 chopped dates
  • 2 T chopped almonds
  • 1 cup vegan milk
  • 1/4 cup hot water

Roast the oats, carrots and apple in ghee. Add all the other ingredients and let it simmer for 1-0 minutes. You can always add more Madhura Spice Mix at the end. Enjoy!
