Spiced Cashew Dip

Vegan indulgence with a velvety texture and refined spices

Perfectly balanced: Our cashew dip is a dairy-free delight with a wonderfully creamy consistency and a delicate, nutty undertone. Fresh lemon juice adds a refreshing note that gives the dip a light touch – but the real secret lies in our unique Chanda SpiceLeaf Fusion , refined with the aroma of curry leaves .

Ingredients:

  • 180g cashew nuts (soaked overnight)

  • 1 tbsp Chanda SpiceLeaf Fusion

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • ½ tsp salt

  • Add water as needed to achieve the desired consistency

Preparation:

  1. Drain the cashews after soaking.

  2. Combine lemon juice, salt, Chanda SpiceLeaf Fusion and a little water in a blender.

  3. Blend until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.

  4. Gradually add water until the desired consistency is reached.

Tip:

Perfect as a dip for vegetable sticks, as a spread for bread or as a creamy sauce for salads & warm vegetable dishes.
