Carrot-Apple Porridge

Porridge doesn't have to be boring. You just have to spice it up a little!


  • 1/2 tsp Ghee
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 grated apple
  • 1/2 tsp Madhura Spice Mix
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 chopped dates
  • 2 T chopped almonds
  • 1 cup vegan milk
  • 1/4 cup hot water


Roast the oats, carrots and apple in ghee. Add all the other ingredients and let it simmer for 10 minutes. You can always add more Madhura Spice Mix at the end. Enjoy!
