  • 1/2 cup mung beans (soaked overnight)
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1/4 tsp Vyosha Spice Mix
  • 1/2 tsp Lavana Spice Mix
  • 2 tsp psyllium husks or 1 T flaxseeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup hot water

Soak the mung beans overnight. Then, blend all ingredients together and fry in a pan with ghee. Enjoy!
